Develop novel bioinformatics tools (in R or Python) and integrate them into existing genomics analysis workflows Create and maintain R packages Develop interactive tools to visualize multi-omics data/results Run existing NGS pipelines to analyze and visualize data from a variety of experiments Engage with collaborators including bioinformaticians, data scientists, computational scientists Communicate project methodology and results with collaborators
MSc or PhD (preferred) in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Microbiology, Genetics, Bioinformatics, or related sciences. BSc with demonstrated experience in bioinformatics and computational analysis is also acceptable.
